The hours indicated in each course, are the hours pertaining to the frontal-education courses, which are required by certain countries. The hours invested in the courses vary from person to person, depending on the individual's personal learning pace. The course allows you to study from anywhere you want; via a smartphone, tablet, computer, etc., and whenever you want.

Every test has 30 questions. The questions are different in each test, in order to prevent copying.

If you failed, you can retake the test at a later date. It is recommended to review the material again before retaking the test.

In certain countries points are given for frontal learning. In countries that don’t require frontal learning, there is no need for practical learning. All the material is well organized through instructional videos, and subsequently, graduates who took the online courses, receive a certificate.

Yes. The certificate is received immediately after successfully completing the test. In certain countries that require practical learning, graduates also receive a graduate card as well.

The certificate is valid for two years from the time of receiving it. It is recommended to take a refresher course, according with the requirements of your country.

No. If you have lost your certificate, please contact us and we will resend the certificate.

The questions throughout the course are meant to ensure that you have successfully completed and fully understood the material taught through every section.

No. You must take and complete all the classes on your course in order take the final exam.
